Crockpot Salsa Chicken Recipe Learn like a Pro

This cheese-filled Crockpot Salsa Chicken just needs three ingredients. It's absurdly simple, flavorful, and wonderful!

– 2 pounds chicken breasts  – 2 cups salsa  – 1 cup Mexican Blend cheese

Ingredient

Put the entire chicken breasts in the slow cooker and cover each one with salsa.

1

Cook on high for about 1½ to 2 hours, or on low for 4 hours; if you cook it longer, it will begin to fall apart.

2

Set the oven to 425°F. Move the chicken to a baking dish measuring 9 by 13 inches. Drizzle a little of the remaining salsa onto the chicken.

3

Cheese should be sprinkled on each breast, at a rate of approximately one-fourth cup for each breast.

4

Bake the baking dish for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
