– 4 lobster tail– 8 tablespoon butter – 1 tablespoon lemon zest– 2 cloves garlic – salt and pepper– ½ teaspoon smoked paprika– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Using kitchen shears, make a longitudinal cut across the middle of the lobster tail's upper hard shell.

Slice into the shells, being careful not to pierce all the way through; split the tail segments.

With the meat facing up, place the lobster tail in the air fryer basket. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over a medium heat.

Incorporate the smoked paprika, garlic, lemon zest, and salt & pepper. Cook for one more minute while stirring.

The lobster tails should be coated with the fifty percent of this mixture that has been transferred to a smaller bowl.

In the air fryer, cook the lobster tails for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the meat is opaque, at 380°F.
