Easy Mushroom Sausage Sheet Pan Gnocchi Recipe 

For busy weeknights, try Mushroom Sausage Sheet Pan Gnocchi! Crusty gnocchi, sausage and mushrooms cooked on a sheet pan with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.  

– 12 ounces sausage  – 1 pound gnocchi  – 1 pound mushrooms  – 2 medium shallot – ¼ cup olive oil – ½ teaspoons salt  – ½ teaspoons pepper – 2 tablespoons fresh parsley  – 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Ingredient

Set oven temperature to 450°F. Put parchment paper on a big baking sheet with a rim.

Gnocchi, mushrooms, shallots, olive oil, salt and pepper should be placed on the baking sheet with the sausage broken into bite-sized pieces.

Combine all the ingredients thoroughly and spread the gnocchi mixture evenly onto the baking sheet.

Oven bake the baking sheet for 25–30 minutes until the gnocchi are plump and sausage is cooked.

The dish should be served immediately after being garnished with parsley and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
