– 12 ounces sausage – 1 pound gnocchi – 1 pound mushrooms – 2 medium shallot– ¼ cup olive oil– ½ teaspoons salt – ½ teaspoons pepper– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley – 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Ingredient
Set oven temperature to 450°F. Put parchment paper on a big baking sheet with a rim.

Gnocchi, mushrooms, shallots, olive oil, salt and pepper should be placed on the baking sheet with the sausage broken into bite-sized pieces.
