Traditional bell peppers come in green, red, yellow, and orange. Their sweet taste and crisp texture make them ideal for frying, salads, and stuffing.

Sweet, crisp mini sweet peppers are snack-sized. They're great for snacks, salads, and stir-fries and available in several colours.  

2. Mini Sweet Peppers

Long, tapering lipstick peppers mature vivid red. Their rich meat and sweet flavour make them great for grilling, roasting, or stuffing.  

3. Lipstick Peppers

Cubanelle peppers are mild, sweet, and elongated. Thin walls and a fruity flavour make them ideal for frying, sautéing, sandwiches, and salads.  

4. Cubanelle Peppers

Long, thin sweet banana peppers taste mild and sweet. They are pickled, stuffed, then added to sandwiches and pizzas after turning brilliant yellow.
