– 8 chicken thigh– ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon pepper– 2 tablespoons olive oil– 8 cloves garlic – 8 ounce pearl onions – 5 sprigs fresh thyme– 2 lemon– 1 cup kalamata olive– ½ cup dry white wine– ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

Heat the oven to 350°F. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of chicken thighs. Heat olive oil over medium-high in a 12-inch skillet.

Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
