These Greek Chicken Thighs bring Mediterranean flavours to your home. This meal, juicy, luscious, and tart from lemon and olives, is an easy dinner masterpiece.

– 8 chicken thigh – ½ teaspoon salt  – ¼ teaspoon pepper – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 8 cloves garlic  – 8 ounce pearl onions  – 5 sprigs fresh thyme – 2 lemon – 1 cup kalamata olive – ½ cup dry white wine – ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

Heat the oven to 350°F. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of chicken thighs. Heat olive oil over medium-high in a 12-inch skillet.

Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

The chicken is still raw. Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for a few minutes.

In the skillet, add garlic, pearl onions, fresh thyme, and lemon halves. Cook until onions and garlic soften and brown, about 5 minutes.

Next, add olives, white wine, and lemon juice to the skillet. Return the chicken to the skillet, placing it on the bottom.

After the chicken is thoroughly done, put the pan in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
