– 12 ounce tagliatelle – 8 ounce chanterelle mushroom – 2 tablespoon olive oil – ½ medium onion – 4 cloves garlic – ½ cup white wine – ¼ cup parsley – ½ teaspoon salt  – ½ teaspoon pepper  – 1 cup Parmesan cheese – olive oil

Ingredient

Slice mushrooms lengthwise after cleaning. Reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking water after boiling it in salted water as directed on the package.

Over medium-high heat, add olive oil to a large skillet. Cook onion for 3–4 minutes until transparent.

Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant. Cook mushrooms for 10 minutes until they shrink and lose moisture.

Add pepper and salt for seasoning. After adding the wine and stirring, let it simmer for around five minutes.

Add half a cup of pasta water along with the tagliatelle. Toss to coat, adding extra pasta water as necessary.

After adding the parsley and parmesan, toss to thoroughly combine everything.
